Soon there will be no more space for heavy goods vehicles in cities, so that deliveries to city centers will increasingly have to be made by small distribution vehicles.
The solution for vehicles in the so-called "sprinter class" is called WIHAG®City.
The further development of the successful WIHAG®Van concept impresses with all its variability, flexibility and equipment features, which can be individually adapted for every application. This kit will therefore play a major role in this vehicle class in the inner-city logistics concept of the future.
The well-known profile system in combination with various panel variants in material thicknesses of 14, 17 and 25 mm or made of aluminum cell wall panels ensures the necessary lightness, but also the best stability.
The complete body kit is supplied powder-coated in MB 9147 Arctic white or RAL 9010.
The WIHAG®City is particularly flexibility thanks to the option of integrating doors, flaps and windows in the side wall depending on the planned use. This makes the body suitable for all types of sales and presentation vehicles, for example. The fixtures can be positioned flexibly and the dimensions can also be tailored as far as possible to individual requirements.
The rear portal is made of aluminum and is available with a rear door also made of aluminum or with a flap over the tail lift.
Position lights and/or a 3rd brake light are optionally available and are already integrated in the rear portal.
Installations can be designed according to requirements and individual use.
Like all well-known WIHAG®Van models, the WIHAG®City is delivered to the vehicle manufacturer on transport racks in a production-optimized and storage-optimized manner.
Short unloading times, safe interim storage and shorter assembly times are guaranteed. During assembly, only bolting from the inside is required. All assembly openings are already provided. It is no longer necessary to seal the individual components, only the cast corners at the front and rear are glued by the vehicle manufacturer.
